Sales Representative

Home Guard is currently seeking representation in the development of two new territories. One territory would include western Pennsylvania and western New York. The second territory available is for North and South Carolina as well as Virginia. Home Guard uses company employees but would also consider a rep agency if it were a good fit. Home Guard is looking for an individual with exceptional drive, integrity and a full understanding of the replacement window and door industry. A candidate should have worked within the industry for a substantial period of time and has called on independent home improvement companies who are engaged in in-home selling. Candidates should have a thorough understanding of in-home sales and be able to recruit and train new dealers within their territory. Home Guard is a very strong company both financially and in product offering. We are very committed to customer satisfaction and on time deliveries. Home Guard representatives are well compensated and will be afforded growth opportunities within the company for outstanding performance.

Maintenance Personnel

We are looking for a dependable and a self starter who is experienced in all aspects of industrial maintenance.

  • Electrical: Control circuits and 3 phase 480 volt buss systems
  • Metal working: Welding Stick and MIG, TIG a plus, basic forming and cutting. Plasma cutting experience a plus
  • Plumbing: thread pipe, Black, CPVC, PVC ect. and a working knowledge of plumbing connectors and fixtures.
  • Basic Machining: With Mills, Grinders, and laths.
  • Computers: basic office programs (Word and Excel)and systems that run equipment. PLC programming or ABB Robotic experience a plus
  • Ability to read Electrical and Pneumatic schematics and machine diagrams
  • Trouble Shooting equipment problems and general problem solving
  • Need to be willing to work overtime and weekends.
  • Knowledge of HVAC, furnaces a plus as well.
